Yes. All Peptera products undergo independent third-party laboratory testing, which includes verification of purity, consistency, and quality for every batch. For added transparency, Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available with each product batch.
For laboratory research purposes, lyophilized peptides are prepared by reconstitution with an appropriate solvent, such as bacteriostatic water. During handling, it is important to maintain proper sterile conditions and use suitable laboratory equipment in order to preserve the quality and integrity of the sample.
To preserve stability and quality, lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C (-4°F), in their original packaging under appropriate conditions. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, the product should be stored at 2°C-8°C (36°F-46°F) and used within 60 days, while maintaining proper sterile conditions.

Due to the specific nature of research compounds, all sales are final and are not eligible for standard returns. If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and include photos of the package and the product. Once your claim has been reviewed, we will consider a replacement.
